The RAC team understands—and prides itself on—genuine, no-frills, hands-on hard work.
Rob Campochiaro
Owner and founder
Rob established RAC Electrical in 1992. In addition to his own experience in the field, Rob spent 25 years as an electrical instructor for the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS), where he introduced generations of students to the electrical field.
Rob is proud to have served as a teacher and role model for so many years, and continues to exhibit his personal values and work ethic as an employer, where he works side-by-side with some of his former students.
Jayden is a 2023 graduate of Kaynor Technical High School and started with RAC Electrical as an apprentice his senior year. He was hired officially after graduation, and has been an invaluable asset to the team.

Electrician
Jayden started with RAC as an apprentice during his senior year at Kaynor Technical High School, and has been an official member of the team since June of 2023.
Angie
Electrician
Angie is a graduate of Emmett O'Brien Technical High School and was also a student of Rob's. She is RAC Electrical's longest current employee.
Carla
Administrative Assistant; Life Saver
Carla joined the RAC team in the winter of 2024, and Rob is now unsure of how the business ever functioned without her. She handles all aspects of back-end business that help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. Carla lives in Wolcott with her husband and two children.
